翻译的构式观——基于构式语法的翻译原则新探

Construction Grammar-based Principles of Translation

在认知翻译学日渐兴起的今天,基于认知科学的翻译研究越来越受到学界重视,相比之下,基于构式语法的翻译研究还不多见。本文以构式语法的基本要点为出发点,提出了整体原则、凸显原则、互动原则、多义性原则四条翻译原则和方法,并结合翻译实例,论证了构式语法对翻译的理论指导作用,期望为翻译理论与实践研究提供新的启示。

Whereas cognitive science-inspired translation studies in general has gained much attention over the past years,approaches specifically rooted in construction grammar remains relatively obscure for practitioners of this field.Following an in-depth review of the basic ideas of construction grammar,this paper proposes four translation-applicable principles,i.e.,the principle of totality,of prominence,of interactivity,and of constructional polysemy.These principles are further tested with practical examples,and the results clearly establish construction grammar as a source of theoretical inspirations for translation studies.
