蔓越莓压片糖果人体试食抑制大肠杆菌黏附的研究

摘要 尿路感染(UIT)作为一种常见疾病,广泛发生于各年龄阶段,且极易反复感染。蔓越莓富含原花青素,可有效减弱UIT致病菌株P型大肠杆菌(UPEC)对人尿道上皮细胞(HUC)的黏附作用,可作为食品预防UIT的发生。文章随机抽取61名受试者,测定受试者在摄入蔓越莓压片糖果0~12 h后尿液样本中原花青素的含量,并测试其抑制UPEC对HUC的黏附性能。结果显示,服用压片糖果8 h后,尿液中原花青素含量最高,平均含量为18.0 mg/L。同时,与对照组相比,HUC黏附UPEC的数目最多减少68个,平均减少27个。实验表明,蔓越莓压片糖果可以抑制UPEC黏附HUC,在一定程度上能够预防和治疗非复杂性尿路感染。 Urinary tract infection(UIT),as a common disease,is widespread at all ages and is highly susceptible to recurrent infections.Cranberry is rich in procyanidins which can effectively weaken the adhesion of UIT pathogenic strain P Escherichia Coli(UPEC)to human urethral epithelial cells(HUC),so it can be used as food to prevent UIT.The content of procyanidins in urine samples 0-12 h after 61 subjects took cranberry flake candy was determined and the adhesion performance of UPEC to HUC was tested.The results showed that the content of procyanidins in urine was the highest at 8 h after the subjects took cranberry flake candy,and the average content was 18.0 mg/L.At the same time,compared with the control group,the number of HUC adhering to UPEC decreased by up to 68,with an average of27.The results showed that cranberry flake candy can inhibit UPEC’s adhesion to HUC and prevent and treat uncomplicated UIT to a certain extent.
