摘要 电梯已成为人们出行接触频率较多的交通工具,定期维保是保障电梯安全可靠的重要手段。随着按需维保的推进,基于物联网的电梯维保技术不断涌现,但利用智能手段识别的电梯故障还比较有限,尤其是机械系统故障,在智能识别方面还需进行大量的研究。文章提出一种基于机器视觉的电梯制动力检测方法,可以更加方便、快捷地进行电梯制动力检测,对于基于物联技术的电梯智能维保具有一定的启发意义。 Elevator has become a frequently-used means of transportation.Regular maintenance is an important means to ensure the safety and reliability of elevators.Driven by maintenance according to demand,the technology of elevator maintenance based on Internet of Things(IoT)is emerging constantly,but identifying the failure of elevators by intelligent means are limited,especially the failure of mechanical system.Therefore,a large number of researches need to be conducted in intelligent recognition.In this paper,a detection method for the braking force of elevators based on machine vision is proposed.It can be used to detect the braking force of elevators more conveniently and quickly,which can provide enlightenment for intelligent elevator maintenance based on Internet of Things(IoT)technology.
