肝内胆管癌异常脂质代谢研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress in abnormal lipid metabolism in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma

摘要 肝内胆管癌(intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,ICC)是起源于肝内二级胆管及其以上分支上皮的原发性恶性肿瘤,由于其发病隐匿、转移早,手术切除率低,仅有10%~15%患者能得到根治性切除[1]。同时ICC对放、化疗不敏感,也缺乏有效的靶向药物,其原因主要在于对ICC发生发展机制及其异质性认识不够。因此,对于ICC这类异质性高的肿瘤,寻找肿瘤之间的共性而又有别于正常肝胆管细胞的生物学特点是提高此类肿瘤临床疗效的关键所在。肿瘤细胞代谢重编程自从提出Warburg效应以来一直受到广大学者的关注[2]。
