岩体力学在地震次生灾害防治中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 地质灾害的发生往往会引生次生连续效应,例如地震后很容易导致山体滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害。地质灾害及其次生灾害会使人类生命财产受到严重威胁,如何高效快速地进行灾前防治与灾后治理已成为现国内地质学术界的热点问题。地震次生地质灾害防治治理需要运用到新学科理念、新技术方法。岩体力学的遥感光学监测、数字模拟分析等方法,为地震次生地质灾害防治治理问题提供了解决新思路,为岩体力学在地质灾害防控治理领域中的发展提供了新的研究方向。 The occurrence of geological disasters often leads to secondary continuous effects,such as landslide,collapse,debris flow and other geological disasters.Geological disasters and their secondary disasters will seriously threaten the life and property of human beings.How to prevent and control the disaster effectively and quickly has become a hot issue in domestic geological academic circles.The prevention and control of earthquake secondary geological disasters need to apply new disciplinary ideas and new technical methods.The methods of remote sensing optical monitoring and digital simulation analysis of rock mass mechanics provide a new way to solve the problems of prevention and control of secondary geological disasters caused by earthquakes,it provides a new research direction for the development of rock mechanics in the field of geological disaster prevention and control.
