无煤柱锯式切顶装备工业性试验及效益分析

摘要 安全高效精准地切顶卸压是无煤柱工作面安全生产的关键,同煤集团成功研制了无煤柱锯式切顶装备,截割硬度70 MPa,切割深度6.6 m,切割宽度42 mm。工业性试验表明该装备运行稳定可靠,实现了无煤柱开采工艺切顶卸压工序的机械化和自动化,解决了传统打孔爆破方式精准性、安全性、切顶效率不高的问题,具有极高的推广价值。 Cutting the roof safely, accurately and efficiently plays a critical role in non coal pillar mining working face. A roof-cutting saw machine is developed in Datong coal mine group. The maximum hardness of the rock that can be cut is 70 MPa, the cutting depth is is 6.6 m and the cutting width is 42 mm. Industrial test shows that its reliability is high. The mechanization and automation of the pressure release with roof-cutting process in non coal pillar mining is realized by the roof-cutting saw machine. The problems of low accuracy, safety and efficiency of the traditional blasting method solved. Therefore, it has high value of popularization.
