开发性金融支持浙江高质量推进长三角一体化研究

Research on Zhejiang Promoting the High-quality Integration of Yangtze River Delta Supported by Development Finance

自2018年长三角区域一体化发展上升为国家战略以来,长三角一体化建设迎来全面提速的新时期。本文通过分析长三角一体化建设对浙江带来的机遇与挑战,结合浙江省推进工作重点,多维度梳理策划重大建设项目,以开发性金融支持长三角一体化建设的角度,分别从融资模式、落地方案等方面探索市场化融资支持路径,并从全省域推进、示范区先行、开发性金融支持三个层面形成政策建议,提供政策参考。

The integration of the Yangtze River Delta has ushered in a new period of comprehensive acceleration since it became a national strategy in 2018.This article analyzes the opportunities and challenges that the integration of Yangtze River Delta brings to Zhejiang province,key works of the province,and the major construction projects in multiple dimensions.From the perspective of development finance supporting the integrated construction of the Yangtze River Delta,we explore market-based finance paths in terms of financing models and implementation plans.Policy recommendations are formed on the implementation of the integration construction throughout the province,the creation of demonstration areas and development financial support.
