摘要
海洋能源是重要的绿色能源。"一带一路"的提出为沿线国家海洋能源产品贸易发展提供机遇。文章依据2008—2017年"一带一路"沿线66个国家的海洋能源产品贸易额面板数据,运用复杂网络方法,构建"一带一路"海洋能源产品贸易网络,通过中心性、网络密度及互惠性、集聚性指标分析贸易网络结构特征及演化趋势,通过对网络进行社团划分研究中国与各贸易社团的关系。结果表明:中国是"一带一路"海洋能源产品贸易网络的中心国之一;贸易网络通达性较弱,但贸易联系紧密性与双向流通性趋于提高;贸易网络聚类系数较小,集聚性较差;与地理位置相近的国家具有更紧密的海洋能源产品贸易联系;中国在东南亚地区的产品竞争力较强。最后为贸易网络优化发展提出相关建议。
Marine energy is an important green energy.The Belt and Road provides the countries along it with significant opportunities for developing the marine energy products trade(MEPT).According to the panel data of the MEPT among 66 countries along the Belt and Road from 2008 to 2017,we use the complex network to set up a network for the MEPT.The network structure characteristics and its evolution trend index,i.e.,centrality,network density,reciprocity,and agglomeration are analyzed.The community structure and the relationship between China and various other trade communities are presented.The results show that China is one of the kernel countries of the MEPT network;the connectivity of the network is weak,but extensity and bi-way circulation of trade are increasing;clustering coefficient of the network is small and the agglomeration is weak;the closer MEPT links exist among the countries that have similar geographical locations;the competitiveness of Chinese products in Southeast Asia area is strong.In the end of this paper,we provide a series of recommendations for optimizing and developing the structure of MEPT.
