摘要
本文通过定性与定量相结合的研究方法,对比分析了中美社交平台的用户自主权结构,分类归纳出18个基本要素的用户自主权结构框架,并以Bilibili网站为典型案例,深入探索了用户自主权在用户与平台进行价值共创过程中的现状与局限,探讨了如何逐步提升和归还用户自主权,借此鼓励并促进多赢格局的新一代互联网快速发展。
Based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods and the comparative analysis of Chinese and American social platforms,this article generalizes an analytical frameworkof internet user’s autonomy with 18 elements.It also tries to further explore the development trend of user autonomy and real limitations based on the case study of Bilibili,in order to carve out a win-win developing pattern of the new generation of Internet in the process of the improvement and return of the user’s autonomy step by step.
