摘要
《周礼》是儒家十三经中的一部经典,是我国第一部系统、完整叙述国家机构设置、职能分工的专书。其中也蕴含着丰富的农学思想,这些农学思想主要表现在五谷六畜及其分布、谷物种植、畜牧兽医、园艺山林、农产品的加工与储藏等方面,对后世农学发展产生了深远的影响。
Zhou Li is a classic of the 13 Confucian classics,and it is the first book in China that systematically and completely narrates the establishment of state institutions and the division of functions and duties.There are also abundant agronomic thoughts,which are mainly manifested in the distribution of grain and six livestock,the cultivation of cereal species,animal husbandry and veterinary medicine,horticultural forests,and the processing and storage of agricultural products,and have a profound impact on the development of agronomy in later generations.
