设施蔬菜种植户有机肥施用意愿影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Willingness of Organic Fertilizer Application in Facility Vegetable Growers

文章以山东省162户设施蔬菜种植调研数据为实证,在国家大力推行绿色农业生产的实际情况下,结合种植户个体禀赋特征因素、种植户对有机肥的施用认知和制度政策环境,采用logistic回归模型探析设施蔬菜种植户有机肥施用意愿的影响因素。结果表明:(1)性别、文化程度、有机肥替代能否增加收入、有机肥能否改善地力、有机肥购买补贴政策的重要性、政府的技术支持、村干部对于有机肥施用均呈现显著影响;(2)在是否了解有机肥、是否参加有机肥相关培训或宣讲、有机商品销售补贴政策重要性、农业技术指导员对施用有机肥重要性和农业收入占家庭总收入比重中不显著。因此在大力推进农业有机化生产过程中,应加强对施用有机肥知识的宣传和培训,进一步完善相关补贴政策,引导和规范种植户采纳有机肥替代。

Based on the survey data of 162 households in Shandong Province on the cultivation of facility vegetables,this paper use the logistic regression model explores the factors that influence the willingness to apply organic fertilizer to vegetable growers in facility,according to the actual situation of the country vigorously promoting green agricultural production and combining with the individual endowment characteristics of the growers,the growers'awareness of organic fertilizer application and the institutional policy environment.The results show that:(1)Several factors have a positive impact on organic fertilizer application,such as gender,education level,whether organic fertilizer substitution can increase income,whether organic fertilizer can improve soil fertility,the importance of organic fertilizer purchase subsidy policy,government technical support,and village cadres.(2)Some other factors have no significant influence on organic application,for instance,whether you understand organic fertilizer,whether to participate in organic fertilizer-related training or lectures,the importance of organic product sales subsidy policies,the importance of agricultural technical instructors to the application of organic fertilizer,and the proportion of agricultural income to the total household income.Therefore,in the process of vigorously promoting agricultural organic production,it is necessary to further strengthen the publicity and training of the application of organic fertilizers,further improve the relevant subsidy policies,and guide and standardize the adoption of organic fertilizer substitution by growers.
