情感、空间与社区治理:“占地种菜”现象的实践与思考

Emotion,Space and Governance:Practice and Reflection on the Phenomenon of"Occupies the Land to Grow Vegetables"

伴随着城镇化以及农村中小学的调整与撤并,使很多农民被迫加入到城市生活中,鉴于“陪读”群体的价值观念、生活习惯与城镇社区原住居民存在差异,衍生出了难以避免的“陪读”群体“占地种菜”的社会现象。基于对H县N社区的调查,从农民群体在城市生活中感到不适应的现实出发,分析该现象产生的行为特征及原因。透过这一现象考虑在城市社区治理中“陪读”群体在城市租住社区的情感和空间需求,因此,本文希望通过对“陪读”群体“占地种菜”现象的深入调研和分析,能给城市租住社区的治理和转型提供一些对策和建议。

With the urbanization and the adjustment and withdrawal of rural primary and secondary schools,many farmers have been forced to join the urban life.In view of the differences in the values and living habits of the"study group"and the indigenous residents of the urban communities,it is difficult to avoid the"co-reading"group social phenomenon.Based on the investigation of the H county N community,the behavior characteristics and causes of the phenomenon are analyzed based on the reality that the peasant group feels uncomfortable in urban life.Through this phenomenon,we consider the emotional and spatial needs of the"accompanying"group to rent a community in the urban community governance.Therefore,this paper hopes to give in-depth research and analysis on the phenomenon of"occupation of vegetables"in the"reading-reading"group.The governance and transformation of urban rental communities provide some countermeasures and recommendations.
