摘要
从"1+X"证书制度对数控专业实训教学改革的实际意义出发,构建基于企业岗位职业能力的实训教学体系,优化创新教学方法与内容,改革实训教学手段,确立实训教学标准,创新职业技能证书考核办法,建立健全实训教学保障体系与具体实施方案。实践表明,实训教学模式的改革可以提升高职数控专业学生创新思维、技术技能、岗位职业能力。
Starting from the practical significance of the"1+X"certificate system to the practical teaching reform of numerical control specialty,this paper constructs the practical teaching system based on the professional ability of enterprise posts,optimizes and innovates the teaching methods and contents,reforms the practical teaching means,establishes the training teaching standards,innovates the assessment methods of certificates of vocational skills,and establishes and improves the practical teaching guarantee system and specific implementation scheme.The practice indicates the reform of practical teaching mode can improve the students'innovative thinking,technical skills and professional ability.
