高职护理专业学生职业素养培养对策研究

Research on Developing Nursing Students’Vocational Quality&Ethic in Higher Vocational Colleges

目的全面建成小康社会的新任务对护理事业提出了新要求。为了更好地适应社会发展,开设护理专业的高职院校应培养更多高素养的护理人才以满足人民群众日益增长的健康生活需要。方法通过对护理专业学生的问卷调查及访谈,力求发现问题,找出原因并提出对策。结果发现护理专业学生的专业目标性不强、人文素养缺失、抗压能力较差等问题。结论主要从职业道德教育、人文素养培养、优化课程设置、引入医疗卫生企业文化、加强带教师资队伍建设等方面入手,进一步提升高职学生的职业素养,以迎接新时代的挑战。

Objective The new task of completing the construction of a moderately prosperous society in all respects puts forward a new requirement to medical nursing.In order to better adapt to the development of our society,higher vocational colleges with nursing specialty should cultivate more high-quality nursing talents to meet people’s increasing needs for healthy life.Methods Try to find out the problems and put forward the countermeasures through investigation and interview.Results Research indicates that nursing students have unclear professional goals,lack humanistic quality and have poor ability to resist pressure.Conclusions The education of ethic and moral quality should be enhanced,and the occupational planning course ought to be paid more attention to.Meanwhile,it is recommended to combine the course with modern medic enterprise culture and focus on training professional teaching team in order to promote students’vocational quality and enable them to face the new challenge.
