摘要
以0.8为浆液的基础水灰比,通过试验研究硼酸的掺加量对硫铝酸盐水泥浆液凝结时间、结石率以及抗压强度的影响规律,并分析硫铝酸盐水泥浆液在旋喷桩止水帷幕工程中的应用条件。结果表明:硼酸掺加量在0.45%~0.8%范围内时,浆液的凝结时间可以调节,能满足旋喷桩止水帷幕的施工工艺要求;当硼酸掺加量在0.55%附近时,硫铝酸盐水泥石后期强度下降幅度最大,会对旋喷桩止水帷幕的防渗效果产生不利的影响。
With 0.8 as the base water cement ratio of slurry,the influence of boric acid dosages on the setting time,calculus rate and compressive strength of sulphoaluminate cement slurry is studied through experiments,and the application conditions of sulphoaluminate cement slurry in the waterresisting curtain of jet grouting pile are analyzed.The results show that when the boric acid dosage is in the range of 0.45%~0.8%,the setting time of the slurry can be adjusted,which can meet the process requirements of the water-resisting curtain of the jet grouting pile;when the boric acid dosage is near to 0.55%,the later strength of the sulphoaluminate cement paste decreases the most,which will have a negative impact on the anti-seepage effect on the water-resisting curtain of the jet grouting pile.
