拮抗剂方案中LH水平对妊娠结局的影响

Influence of LH levels in gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist regimen on pregnancy outcomes

血清中促黄体生成素(LH)水平对调节甾体激素生成、促进卵泡生长至关重要。LH水平存在一定的"治疗窗",无论过高或过低,都将对妊娠结局产生不利影响。拮抗剂方案可以迅速有效的抑制LH水平,且具有灵活、方便、患者依从性好等优点,在临床上得到广泛应用。本文针对拮抗剂方案中LH的合适范围及添加外源性LH的相关问题予以综述,以帮助临床工作者更深入地了解LH水平对妊娠结局的影响。

The level of serum luteinizing hormone(LH)is essential for regulating production of steroid hormones and promoting the growth of follicles.There is a certain"treatment window",no matter it is too high or too low,it will have an adverse effect on pregnancy outcomes.Gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist(GnRH-ant)can rapidly and effectively inhibit LH levels and has the advantages of flexibility,convenience and good patient compliance,which has been widely used in clinical practice.This review aims to evaluate the appropriate range of LH and discuss the problems related to the addition of exogenous LH in GnRH antagonist protocol to help clinicians better understand the influence of LH levels on pregnancy outcomes.
