Assumption of Grate-kiln-shaft Cooler Process for Pellet Production

摘要 本文介绍了我国目前球团生产的三种焙烧方式,并通过对比三种球团矿冷却方式的优缺点以及其余热利用等情况,提出了球团链篦机-回转窑-竖冷窑技术设想,分析了其余热价值及效益预期。经计算可降低其工序能耗1.16kgcel,降低球团生产成本约13.86元/吨,并对该技术进行了展望。 In this paper,three kinds of roasting methods for pellet production in China were introduced,and the grate-kiln-shaft cooler process for pellet production were presented by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three pellet cooling methods and the recovery for waste heat,which analyzed the value for recovering the waste heat and benefit expectations.After calculation,it can reduce the energy consumption of its process by 1.16 kgcel,reduce the production cost of pellets by about 13.86 yuan/ton.In the end,the expectations for grate-kiln-shaft cooler process are proposed.
