摘要
目前,国内钢水测温取样套管的拆装一般采用人工方式,劳动强度大,危险系数高。本文设计了一套钢水测温取样套管自动抓取装置,通过对套装自动拆装难点的分析,设计了抓手结构和套管拆装模块,简述了装置整体工作流程。装置实现了测温取样套管的自动拆装,成功率达95%以上。
At present,the disassembly and assembly of the temperature measuring and sampling sleeve for molten steel generally adopts manual method in China,which has high labor intensity and risk coefficient.In this paper,a set of automatic grasping device for temperature measuring and sampling sleeve of molten steel is designed.Through the analysis of automatic disassembly and assembly,the grasping structure and disassembly module of the sleeve are designed,and the overall work flow of the device is briefly described.The practical application shows that the success rate of this device is more than 95%.
