摘要
本文介绍了XZ-Ⅳ齿轮箱水冷系统的设计,该系统适应于XZ-Ⅳ齿轮箱,满足750~1800m^3高炉工艺要求,本文介绍了水冷系统的工作原理、结构特点、安装调试、使用维护。XZ-Ⅳ齿轮箱的水冷系统,具有冷却水流量大、冷却效果好、维护方便、运行成本低的特点。
This paper introduces the design of the water cooling system of the XZ-Ⅳtransmission gearbox,which is suitable for the XZ-Ⅳtransmission gearbox,This system is suitable for use in 750~1800 m^3 blast furnace.This paper introduces the working principle,structural features,installation,commissioning,use and maintenance of the water-cooling system.The water cooling system of the XZ-Ⅳtransmission gearbox has the characteristics of large cooling water flow,good cooling effect,convenient maintenance and low operation cost.
