摘要
优化防缠导板结构,实现防缠导板功能。解决实际生产中线性位移传感器失灵等具体问题。本文首先总结了不同生产线中防缠导板的主要结构形式。在此基础上优化结构,采用机械液压缸代替线形位移传感器,使防缠导板运行更稳定。通过软件模拟气流等分析手段,改进防缠导板头部结构,阻止乳化液污染带钢。
The structure of the anti-sticking guides is optimized.The optimization make the anti-sticking guides work better.The specific problems such as the failure of linear displacement sensor in practical application are solved.This paper first summarizes the main structural forms of anti-winding guide plates in different production lines.On the basis of this,the structure of the anti-sticking guides is optimized,and the mechanical hydraulic cylinder is used instead of the linear displacement sensor to make the anti-sticking guides more stable.Through software simulation of air flow and other analytical means to improve the anti-sticking guides structure,to prevent emulsion pollution.
