本文主要介绍在湿法冶金行业中使用的一种大型矿浆隔膜泵,原来机座的土建基础高,大约高度为1.7-2m,操作不方便;对隔膜泵的液力管进行改进设计,变为三个Z字型的液力管,来降低整个隔膜泵的主要基础高度,降低土建成本,不需要做操作平台,提高了操作和维护的方便性和安全性。

This paper mainly introduces a kind of large mineral slurry diaphragm pump used in the hydrometallurgy industry.The civil foundation height of the original base is rather too high about 1.7-2 m,which makes inconvenience in operation.The hydraulic pipe of diaphragm pump is of improved design,and changed into three Z-shaped hydraulic pipes to reduce the main foundation height of whole diaphragm pump.In such a means the civil construction cost is reduced,no operating platform is needed,and thus to improve Convenience and safety of pump operation and maintenance.
