我国药学研究生课程建设现状分析与改进策略研究——基于62个药学研究生培养单位的调查分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的对药学研究生培养单位课程设置、教材使用、教学内容、教学方法、评价方式等方面存在的主要问题及建议等进行调查和剖析,并提出改进策略。方法本文作者采用了问卷调查法和文献调查法。结果研究发现,目前药学学术学位研究生教育课程体系总体较为完善,各高校建设特色突现,符合研究生培养要求。但仍存在着课程逻辑缺乏衔接、课程内容缺少更新、教学教法缺失创新,研究生教学管理缺欠完善。结论通过探索模块化的课程体系建设,规范课程开发流程;构建高端人才的特色教学体系;完善教评教改机制,加强研究生教材建设,可以有效改善药学学术学位研究生课程建设质量。 Objective This paper investigates and analyzes the course offered,teaching material applied,teaching content,teaching methods and evaluation methods of course construction of graduated program in pharmacy school and puts forward some improvement strategies.Methods The methods of questionnaire survey and literature review are adopted.Results It is found that the current curriculum system of postgraduate education in pharmacy lacks cohesion,and the contents and teaching methods still need to be optimized because the management is not perfect enough.Conclusion Through exploring modular curriculum system construction,curriculum development process will be standardized.The quality of pharmaceutical postgraduate curriculum construction can be effectively improved by unifying teaching standards,establishing practical and flexible teaching system,perfecting teaching evaluation mechanism and strengthening postgraduate teaching material construction.
