摘要
医养结合是养老服务的核心内容,养老机构的心理和精神服务存在医养结合定位服务供给结构失衡、专业人才缺乏等特点。养老机构中老年住户的心理主要表现出孤独、交往活动少、矛盾冲突明显等消极特征,精神卫生护理需求水平也较高。机构养老应向更全面的心理和精神建设发展,坚持医养结合,构建专业心理和精神服务体系,以积极老龄化为理念,提升养老机构老年人整体心理健康水平。
The combination of medical care and nursing is the core content of elderly care services.The psychological and spiritual services of elderly care institutions have the characteristics of unbalanced supply structure and lack of professional talents.The psychological characteristics of elderly residents in pension institutions are loneliness,less communication activities,obvious conflicts and other negative characteristics,and the level of mental health care demand is also high.In order to improve the overall mental health level of the elderly in pension institutions,we should adhere to the combination of medical care and nursing,build a professional psychological and spiritual service system,and take active aging as the concept to improve the overall mental health level of the elderly in pension institutions.
