摘要
以全氟烷基乙基羧酸酯(CAM)、马来酸酐(MA)、苯乙烯(St)为原料合成了三元共聚物CMT,并对其性能进行了评价。实验结果表明:CMT的平均相对分子质量在4000~50000之间;CMT的最佳合成条件为n(CAM)∶n(MA)∶n(St)=4∶1∶0.7,AIBN加入量为0.6%,反应温度80℃,反应时间7 h。聚合物CMT以500 mg/L加入惠州原油时,原油凝点由32℃降至20℃,通过偏光显微镜观察蜡晶形态发现,加入上述聚合物后,蜡晶形态由棒状、片状断裂成颗粒状,蜡晶颗粒的平均直径由10~20μm降至1~5μm。
A terpolymer CMT was synthesized with perfluoroalkyl ethyl carboxylate(CAM),maleic anhydride(MA)and styrene(St)as raw materials,and its performance was evaluated.The experimental results show that the average relative molecular mass of CMT is between 4000 and 50000;the best synthesis conditions of CMT are n(CAM)∶n(MA)∶n(St)=4∶1∶0.7,and the addition amount of AIBN is 0.6%,reaction temperature 80℃,reaction time 7 h.When polymer CMT was added to Huizhou crude oil at 500 mg/L,the freezing point of crude oil dropped from 32℃to 20℃.Observation of the wax crystal morphology by polarizing microscope revealed that after adding the above polymer,the wax crystal morphology broke from rod-like and flaky to granular,The average diameter of wax crystal particles is reduced from 1020μm to 15μm.
