摘要
在pH=8.40的Clark-Lubs缓冲溶液中,基于苯扎氯铵与十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)静电结合形成离子缔合物,引起反应体系的共振光散射强度增强这一机理,建立了一种用于检测苯扎氯铵的共振光散射光谱新方法。研究表明,检测波长在285 nm处,共振光散射强度差(ΔIRLS)与浓度在0.05~1.40 mg/L的苯扎氯铵呈良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为ΔIRLS=6918.05c-441.28,相关系数R为0.9992,检出限为0.045 mg/L。建立的方法具备操作简便、灵敏度高等特点,成功地应用于邦迪中苯扎氯铵的测定。
Based on the electrostatic combination of benzalkonium chloride and sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate(SDBS)to form an ionic association,which enhance the resonance light scattering signal of the reaction system in the Clark-Lubs buffer solution at pH=8.40.A new method of resonance light scattering spectroscopy for detecting benzalkonium chloride was established in this study.Results shown that the resonance light intensity enhancement valueΔIRLS was linear related to benzalkonium chloride with a concentration within 0.051.40 mg/L at 285 nm.The linear regression equation isΔIRLS=6918.05c-441.28.The correlation coefficient R is 0.9992,and the detection limits is 0.045 mg/L.The proposed method,which has the characteristics of simple operation and high sensitivity,was successfully applied to the determination of benzalkonium chloride in Band-Aid bandages.
