摘要
设计研发一套织针研磨智能系统,系统将多个研磨工作台并联组合,配合所设计的织针输送系统及工业机器人协调控制实现织针研磨加工自动化生产,采用PLC作为主控制器,配合所设计的人机交互界面,实现织针研磨智能系统的自动化控制。并对织针单位加工时间及产品合格率进行测试。结果表明,织针研磨智能系统能够替代人工上下料作业模式,完成织针输送、上料、下料、系统故障诊断及监控等协调控制,提高产品加工效率与产品质量,能够促进织针智能制造业的发展.
A set of knitting needle grinding intelligent system is designed and developed.The system combines multiple grinding worktables in parallel,cooperates with the designed knitting needle conveying system and industrial robot to coordinate and control the automatic production of knitting needle grinding processing.PLC is used as the main controller and cooperates with the designed man—machine interaction interface for the automatic control of the knitting needle grinding intelligent system.The unit processing time and product qualification rate of knitting needles are tested.The results show that the knitting needle grinding intelligent system can replace the manual loading and unloading,complete the coordinated control of knitting needle conveying,loading,unloading,system fault diagnosis and monitoring,improve the product processing efficiency and product quality,and promote the development of intelligent manufacturing industry of knitting needle.
