全成形功能性针织鞋垫的结构设计

摘要 以锦纶长丝、氨纶弹力丝为原料,在龙星LXC-252SCV型电脑横机上编织纬编空气层组织织物,并填入聚甲醛塑料(POM)球体缓冲物质,设计研发功能性全成形针织鞋垫。并对无填充物、填充POM球体两种织物进行服用性能、力学性能测试。结果表明:填充POM球体的织物的透气性和透湿性更好;无填充物的织物磨损后质量损失较大;无填充物、填充POM球体的两种针织鞋垫织物的顶破性能、拉伸回复性能、起毛起球性能无明显差异;有填充物的空气层组织结构适用于全成形功能性鞋垫织物的设计与生产。 Using nylon filament and spandex elastic yarn as raw materials, the functional fully-fashioned knitted insole was designed and developed on Longxing LXC-252 SCV computerized flat knitting machine through knitting Milano rib filled with polyoxymethylene(POM) spherical buffer material. The wearability and mechanical properties of the fabrics without filler and filled with POM sphere were tested respectively. The results show that the fabric filled with POM sphere has better air permeability and moisture permeability. The fabric without filler has greater mass loss after wear and tear. There is no obvious difference in bursting performance, tensile recovery property and fuzzing and pilling performance between the two kinds of knitted insole fabrics without filler and filled with POM sphere. The Milano rib structure with filler is suitable for the design and production of fully-fshioned functional insole fabric.
