摘要
采用生物质石墨烯和聚酯切片通过聚合物熔融共混纺丝方法制备0.1 tex(0.9 D)、9 mm的生物质石墨烯改性聚酯超短纤。并测试纤维的拉曼光谱、偏光性能、力学性能、抗菌性能、远红外性能。结果表明:改性后的聚酯超短纤中含有石墨烯成分;改性后的聚酯超短纤具有良好的力学性能,以及良好的抗菌效果及远红外性能,纤维对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率均大于98.00%,远红外辐射升温值达到2.2℃,远红外法向发射率为0.88。
The 0.1 tex(0.9 D),9 mm biomass graphene modified ultrafine polyester fiber was prepared by polymer melt blending spinning.And the Raman spectra,polarizing properties,mechanical properties,antibacterial properties and far-infrared properties of the fibers were tested.The results show that the modified polyester ultrafine fiber contains graphene and has good mechanical properties,antibacterial effect and far-infrared performance.The antibacterial rate of the fiber to escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans is more than 98.00%,the far-infrared radiation temperature rises by 2.2℃,and the far-infrared normal emissivity is 0.88.
