摘要
针对棉织物容易滋生细菌和霉菌造成棉织物霉变并威胁人的健康,利用非溶出型抗菌整理剂WS-8810对棉织物进行抗菌防霉整理,测试了经整理后棉织物的溶出性、抑菌率、防霉性,以及机械强力和白度等性能。结果表明,非溶出型抗菌剂WS-8810用于棉织物的抗菌整理工艺简单,使用大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作为测试菌种,经抗菌剂WS-8810整理后的织物都未产生抑菌圈,证明WS-8810属于非溶出型抗菌剂,洗涤50次后对3种测试菌的抑菌率均>90.00%;防霉等级达到0级,洗涤20次后防霉等级依然为1级,非溶出型抗菌剂WS-8810对织物的色牢度和强力以及白度无影响。
Since cotton fabric is easy to grow bacteria and mold,causing mildew of cotton fabrics and threatening human health,the non-leaching antibacterial finishing agent WS-8810 is used for antibacterial and anti-mold finishing on cotton fabrics.The leaching,antibacterial rate,anti-mold performance,mechanical strength,whiteness and other properties of the finished cotton fabric were tested.The results showed that the non-leaching antibacterial agent WS-8810 was easy in antibacterial finishing process for cotton fabrics.Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were used as test strains,the fabric treated with WS-8810 produced antibacterial circle,which proved that WS-8810 was a non-leaching antibacterial agent.After washing 50 cycles,the antibacterial rate of the non-leaching antibacterial agent against the three test strains was all larger than 90.00%.The anti-mold activity reaches level 0,and the anti-mold activity still remains level 1 after washing for 20 cycles.Non-leaching antibacterial agent WS-8810 has no influence on the color fastness,strength and whiteness of the fabric.
