摘要
针对胶水绒中甲醛问题,提出一种可以测试胶水绒中甲醛的方法。试验优选最佳萃取剂种类、最佳萃取振荡时间和最佳显色时间,并测试该方法的检出限、线性范围及精密度。结果表明,以浓度为0.4%的十二烷基磺酸钠作为萃取剂,(40±1)℃恒温振荡45 min,用浓度0.1%的2,4-二硝基苯肼显色35~220min试验效果最佳。该试验方法甲醛回收率为92.75%~102.25%,相对标准偏差3.44%,检出限0.11 mg/kg,在0.11~500.00 mg/kg具有良好的线性关系。
Aiming at the problem of formaldehyde in glue down, a method for testing formaldehyde in glue down is proposed. The optimum extractant type, extraction oscillation time and color development time were optimized, and the detection limit, linear range and precision of the method were tested. The results show that the best extraction method is sodium dodecyl sulfonate(0.4%) as extractant, shaking at (40±1)℃ for 45 minutes, and coloring with 0.1%2,4-diaminophenyl hydrazine for 35 ~220 minutes. The recovery rate of formaldehyde was 92.75% ~102.25%, the relative standard deviation was 3.44%, the detection limit was 0.11 mg/kg, and the linear range was 0.11~500.00 mg/kg.
