摘要
针对酸洗冷连轧生产现场环境复杂、安全隐患多等导致的无法有效开展生产实习的问题,基于VR技术设计并开发了酸洗冷连轧生产实习系统。该系统建立酸洗冷连轧生产车间建筑与生产线设备3D模型,并模拟动态生产过程,包含3D漫游、工艺功能介绍、设备透视与交互3D爆炸图等功能,具有沉浸度好、安全性高、操作方便等优点,能够有效提升实习效果。
To solve the problem that it is impossible to effectively carry out production practice due to the complex environment and many safety hazards on the pickling and tandem cold rolling production site,the production practice system for pickling and tandem cold rolling based on VR technology is designed and developed.The system establishes the 3D model of the building and production line equipment of pickling cold tandem rolling production workshop,and simulates the dynamic production process,including 3D roaming,process function introduction,equipment perspective and interactive 3D explosion diagram and other functions.The system has the advantages of good immersion,high safety and easy operation,which can effectively improve the practice effect.
