摘要
设计了基于ARM的闭环PID恒温控制系统。系统以S5PV210微处理器为核心构建嵌入式硬件平台,并在软件平台上实现温度采集、数据处理、PID恒温控制、数据显示与传输等功能。实验涉及多种通信协议(SPI、串口、TCP/IP等)、脉宽调制PID控制算法、基于Linux API的网络编程等。该实验属于嵌入式系统设计开发,旨在让学生对嵌入式系统课程有深刻的认识,熟悉嵌入式项目的开发及调试过程,理解闭环PID控制的原理及实现方法。该实验包含嵌入式设计的硬件驱动、软件开发、通信协议等多方面内容,综合性强,可作为研究生电子设计竞赛的实训实验。
A closed-loop PID constant temperature control system based on ARM is designed.This system builds an embedded hardware platform with S5PV210 microprocessor as the core and realizes functions such as temperature acquisition,data processing,PID constant temperature control,data display and transmission on the software platform.The experiment involves a variety of communication protocols(SPI,serial port,TCP/IP,etc.),pulse width modulation with PID control algorithm,network programming based on Linux API,etc.The experiment belongs to the design and development of embedded systems,which aims to enable students to have a deep understanding of embedded system courses,familiarize with the development and debugging of embedded projects,and deeply understand the principle and implementation methods of closed-loop PID control.The experiment includes hardware design,software development,communication protocol and other aspects of embedded design,which is comprehensive and can be used as a training experiment for graduate electronic design competition.
