The construction of specialty group is an important cornerstone for the characteristic development and connotation improvement of higher vocational colleges.In practice,there are some problems in the construction of professional groups,such as the path dependence of concept,system,orientation,teaching and evaluation.In order to realize the high-quality development of professional groups,it is necessary to well deal with the philosophical relations between the big and small,the far and near,the primary and secondary,the internal and external and the gain and loss.The“Five changes”have been realized in the implementation of strategies.
