不同剂量及染毒方式下溴氰菊酯对雄性小鼠的生殖毒性 被引量:1

Reproductive Toxicity of Deltamethrin at Different Doses and Exposure Methods on Male Mice

摘要 [目的]了解不同剂量及染毒方式下溴氰菊酯(deltamethrin,DM)对成年雄性小鼠生殖系统的毒性作用。[方法]将昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为灌胃染毒组及气管注入染毒组。2组均以0.00、4.375、8.75 mg/kg剂量进行DM染毒,每剂量组10只,连续染毒7 d,染毒期间观察体重变化趋势。染毒结束后分别测定各组小鼠睾丸脏器系数、每克睾丸精子头计数和每日精子生成量,并比较不同染毒方式对毒效应的影响。[结果]小鼠每日精子生成量(DSP)以及每克睾丸精子头计数均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同染毒方式对毒效应的影响无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]DM具有生殖毒性,可导致成年雄性小鼠生精能力下降。其毒效应强弱与染毒剂量有关,呈剂量依赖性。试验未见染毒方式对溴氰菊酯的生殖毒性的差异。 [Aims]This study aims to understand the toxic effects of deltamethrin(DM)on the reproductive system of adult male mice at different doses and exposure methods.[Methods]KM male mice were randomly divided into a gavage poisoning group and a trachea injection poisoning group.Both groups were exposed to DM at doses of 0.00,4.375 and 8.75 mg/kg.Ten mice in each dose group were continuously exposed for 7 days.The trend of weight change was observed during exposure.After the exposure,the numbers of testicular sperm head per gram were counted and the coefficient of testicular organ,daily sperm production(DSP)were calculated in every group and compared whether the different exposure methods had an effect on the toxicity.[Results]The numbers of testicular sperm head per gram and daily sperm production(DSP)decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between different exposure methods on the toxicity(P>0.05).[Conclusions]DM has reproductive toxicity,which can reduce the spermatogenic ability of adult male mice.The toxicity is dose-dependent and there is no significant difference between different exposure methods on the toxicity.
