棉蚜和棉长管蚜增效剂作用及解毒酶活性测定 被引量:3

The Synergist Synergism and Activity of Detoxification Enzymes of Aphis gossypii and Acyrthosiphon gossypii

摘要 [目的]为明确棉蚜和棉长管蚜的药剂敏感性差异和与之相关的解毒酶。[方法]通过室内生物测定和生化分析方法,研究棉蚜和棉长管蚜的解毒酶活性以及增效剂的增效作用。[结果]棉蚜体内的羧酸酯酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶和多功能氧化酶的活性分别是棉长管蚜的3.75、4.75、2.19倍,均明显高于棉长管蚜。棉蚜和棉长管蚜对吡虫啉对的敏感性差异最大,其LC50值分别为5.67、2.35 mg/L。磷酸三苯酯(TPP)、增效醚(PBO)在吡虫啉对棉蚜的作用中增效明显,2种蚜虫间其增效作用有较大差异。[结论]棉蚜和棉长管蚜对吡虫啉等农药有一定的敏感性差异,酯酶和多功能氧化酶与2种蚜虫对吡虫啉的敏感性差异有密切关系。 [Aims]This study aims to clarify the sensitivity of Aphis gossypii and Acyrthosiphon gossypii to insecticides and the related detoxification enzymes.[Methods]By means of bioassay and biochemical analysis,the detoxification enzyme activity and the synergism of synergists in Aphis gossypii and Acyrthasiphon gossypii were studied.[Results]The activities of carboxyl esterase(CarE),acetylcholinesterase(AchE)and multi-function oxidase(MFO)in Aphis gossypii were 3.75,4.75 and 2.19 times higher than that of Acyrthosiphon gossypii.Acyrthosiphon gossypii was more sensitive to imidacloprid than Aphis gossypii,and their LC50 values were 2.35 and 5.67 mg/L,respectively.In the synergism tests,triphenyl phosphate(TPP),piperonyl buoxide(PBO)indicated more obvious synergistic effect in Aphis gossypii to imidacloprid than Acyrthosiphon gossypii.[Conclusions]The sensitivy difference between Aphis gossypii and Acyrthosiphon gossypii to imidacloprid and other pesticides was significant,which was closely related to the esterase and multi-functional oxidase activities.
