乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抗性突变对■唑酰草胺的抗性水平

Resistant Level to Metamifop Caused by Differently Resistant Mutations in Acetyl Co-enzyme A Carboxylase

摘要 评估乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抗性突变对■唑酰草胺的抗性水平。[方法]采用CAPs或和dCAPs从不同菵草抗性种群中纯化出基因背景一致的纯合子和野生型,整株法测定其对■唑酰草胺的敏感性。[结果]Ile1781Leu、Trp1999Leu、Trp2027Cys、Ile2041Asn、Asp2078Gly、Gly2096Ala等突变对■唑酰草胺的抗性指数分别为5.4、12.2、90.8、1.0、8.9、1.1。[结论]菵草ACCase Ile1781Leu、Trp1999Leu、Trp2027Cys、Asp2078Gly等突变对■唑酰草胺有中等至高水平抗性,Ile2041Asn、Gly2096Ala等突变对■唑酰草胺没有抗性。 [Aims]This study aims to evaluate the resistant level to metamifop caused by known resistant mutations in acetyl co-enzyme carboxylase(ACCase).[Methods]The CAPs or dCAPs method was employed to get resistant homozygotes and susceptible wild type with same genetic ground back from resistant Beckmannia syzigachne populations.Then the whole-plant method was introduced to determine the resistant level to metamifop caused by these resistant mutations.[Results]The results showed that resistant index resulted from Ile1781Leu,Trp1999Leu,Trp2027Cys,Ile2041Asn,Asp2078Gly and Gly2096Ala mutations were 5.4,12.2,90.8,1.0,8.9 and 1.1,respectively.[Conclusions]The mutations of Ile1781Leu,Trp1999Leu,Trp2027Cys and Asp2078Gly led to medium to high level resistance to metamifop.The mutations of Ile2041Asn and Gly2096Ala did not show resistance to metamifop.
