摘要
针对研究人员因重介质选煤厂现场情况复杂而难以进行现场学习,且数学仿真软件又无法重现真实场景等问题,以煤炭生产中的重介质选煤过程为背景,开发了基于MATLAB和Unity 3D的过程控制虚拟仿真平台,包括界面层、数据层、模型层3层结构。模型层运行重介质选煤过程动态数学模型以及典型的过程控制算法;界面层实现重介质选煤工厂三维实时动态视景以及过程控制算法的选择与参数配置;数据层实现模型层与界面层的实时数据交互以及数据的存储。并应用PID算法进行平台测试,结果显示,平台不仅可以完好地进行控制算法的仿真,还可以实现工业过程的三维实时动态。
To solve the problem that it is difficult for researchers to carry out on-site learning due to the complex site conditions of the dense medium separation process in coal preparation plant,and the mathematical simulation software cannot reproduce the real scenes,a virtual simulation platform is developed by MATLAB and Unity 3D for the dense medium separation process in this paper.This platform consisted of interface layer,data layer and model layer.Dynamic mathematical model and typical process control algorithms for dense medium coal preparation process were developed at the model layer.The interface layer indicated three-dimensional real-time display of dense medium separation process and settings of parameter and algorithm of process control.The data layer connected model layer and interface layer to exchange and save data.PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation)algorithm is used to test platform.The results show that the platform can not only carry out the simulation of the control algorithm well,but also display the 3D real-time dynamic of the industrial process.
