摘要
目的观察附加使用生物活性疏水树脂层增加一步法通用型粘结剂粘结强度的效果。方法选择3种商品化的通用型粘结剂(UA)为研究对象,分别为G-Premio Bond(GP)、Scotchbond Universal(SB)、Clearfil MegaBond2(MG2)。疏水树脂为BZF21。将32颗健康无龋坏的第三磨牙随机分成4组,GP组、GP+BZF21组、SB组、MG2组。每组8颗,其中6颗用于微拉伸试验,2颗用于观察树脂-粘结剂-牙本质界面。通过微拉伸试验、扫描电镜分析其断裂模式和界面结构来评价其粘结强度。结果微拉伸试验显示,GP组、GP+BZF21组、SB组、MG2组粘结强度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GP+BZF21组、SB组、MG2组粘结强度均大于GP组(均P<0.05),GP+BZF21组与SB组、MG2组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。GP组中大多数断裂发生在粘结层,而GP+BZF21组中大部分断裂发生在树脂层、牙本质层或者两者混合失败。界面结构显示GP+BZF21组的树脂突相较于GP组更长更多。结论在一步法UA上附加使用生物活性疏水树脂层,可以显著提高其粘结效果,扩大临床应用范围。
Objective To evaluate the effect of a bioactive hydrophobic resin layer to increase the dental bond strength of one-step universal adhesive(UA).Methods Three commercial UAs were selected:G-Premi Bond(GP),Scotchbond Unive-rsal(SB)and Clearfil MegaBond2(MG2).Thirty two healthy third molars were randomly divided into four groups:GP,GP+BZF21(a hydrophobic resin),SB and MG2.There were 8 teeth in each group,of which 6 were used for micro-tensile bond strength test(μTBs)and 2 were used for the interface observation.The bond strength was evaluated byμTBs,the fracture mode and interface were analyzed by SEM.Results TheμTBs test showed significant difference in bond strength among GP,GP+BZF21,SB and MG2 groups(P<0.05).The bond strength of GP+BZF21,SB and MG2 groups was higher than GP group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference among GP+BZF21,SB and MG2 groups(P>0.05).In GP group,most fractures occurred in adhesive layer,while in GP+BZF21,most fractures occurred in resin layer,dentin layer or mixture failure The interface structure showed that the resin tags in GP+BZF21 group were longer and more than those in GP group.Conclusion The additional application of bioactive hydrophobic resin layer on the one-step UA can significantly improve its dental bond strength and expand its clinical application.
