国内院前急救体系发展存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Domestic Pre-hospital Emergency System

目前我国进入老龄化社会,医疗体系显露出新的问题,医疗需求与能力之间的矛盾日渐突出,其中,院前急救方面存在的问题更为明显。本文现对国内院前急救现状进行分析,提出我国目前院前急救存在包括医疗人力及设备不足、政府政策法规不具体、落实不到位等问题,并提出相应对策,旨在探究适合我国院前急救发展方向的优化改善措施,完善院外紧急状况处理流程。

As China enters into an aging society,new problems emerge in the medical system,and the contradiction between medical demand and capacity becomes increasingly prominent.Among them,the pre-hospital first aid problems are more obvious.By referring to relevant literature,this paper understands the current situation of pre-hospital emergency treatment in China,analyzes a series of problems such as insufficient manpower and equipment of pre-hospital emergency medical treatment in China,and incomplete implementation of government policies and regulations,and explores optimization and improvement measures suitable for the development direction of pre-hospital emergency treatment in China,so as to improve the treatment process of out-of-hospital emergency.
