Management of Psychiatric Clinics and Open Wards During COVID-19 Epidemic

随着新冠肺炎疫情的发展和隔离措施的执行,精神类疾患发病率明显增加。疫情期间做好精神卫生疾病的防控,加强住院和居家精神障碍患者的管理和社区照护是精神科需面临的问题。本文主要对疫情期间我院精神心理科门诊和开放式病房的管理经验进行总结,分析了精神障碍患者新入院门诊筛查流程及住院患者相关检查与登记流程,探讨了精神科开放式病房的门禁管理策略,旨在为精神障碍患者提供安全有效的诊疗环境。

With the development of COVID-19 epidemic and the implementation of various isolation measures,the incidence of mental disorders increased significantly.During the epidemic,the prevention and control of mental health diseases,strengthening the management and community care of patients with mental disorders in hospitals and homes are problems that the psychiatric department needs to face.This article mainly summarizes the management experience of the psychiatric outpatient department and open ward of our hospital during the epidemic,analyzes the screening process of newly admitted outpatients with mental disorders and the related inspection and registration procedures of inpatients,and discusses the access control of the open ward of psychiatric department.The management strategy aims to provide a safe and effective diagnosis and treatment environment for patients with mental disorders.
