性功能障碍是中低位直肠癌术后常见并发症,发病率高且影响患者生活质量。本文主要对直肠癌患者术后性功能障碍的发生现状、评估工具、影响因素和护理干预措施进行综述,以期改善患者性功能状况,提高其生活质量。

Sexual dysfunction is a common complication after operation for middle and low rectal cancer,and its incidence rate is high and the quality of life of patients is affected.The purpose of this article is to summarize the current situation,assessment tools,influencing factors and nursing intervention measures of postoperative sexual dysfunction in patients with rectal cancer,in order to improve the sexual function status of patients and improve the quality of life.
