血液透析护理缺陷原因分析及针对性制定防范对策的应用效果

Analysis of the Causes of Hemodialysis Nursing Defects and the Application Effects of Targeted Prevention Countermeasures

目的分析血液透析护理缺陷原因,并提出防范对策。方法回顾分析2018年4月~2019年4月在我院行血液透析发生的60起护理缺陷事件为研究对象,分析护理缺陷原因,并制定针对性的防范对策,比较防范对策实施前后护理缺陷(风险事故、护患纠纷、患者投诉)发生情况以及护理满意度。结果60例血液透析患者护理缺陷发生的原因主要为未进行认真观察和评估、护理人员风险意识不足、未进行严格查对、急于上机、缺乏经验和专业知识、技术操作不规范、缺乏健康宣教;实施防范对策后护理风险事故、护患纠纷、患者投诉发生率均低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分析血液透析护理缺陷原因,并采取针对性的防范对策,可有效降低护理风险事故、护患纠纷发生率,提高护理满意度,确保血液透析患者的安全。

Objective To analyze the causes of hemodialysis nursing defects and propose preventive measures.Methods 60 nursing defects occurred in hemodialysis patients in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects,the causes of nursing defects were analyzed,and the corresponding preventive countermeasures were worked out to observe and compare the occurrence of nursing defects(risk accidents,nurse^patient disputes,patients'complaints)and nursing satisfaction before and after the implementation of preventive measures.Results The main reasons for the nursing defects of 60 hemodialysis patients were failure to conduct careful observation and evaluation,lack of risk awareness among nurses,failure to conduct strict checks,eagerness to get on the machine,lack of experience and professional knowledge,irregular technical operations,lack of health education after the implementation of preventive measures,the incidence of nursing risk accidents,nurse-patient disputes,and patient complaints were all lower than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after implementation,nursing satisfaction was higher than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Analyzing the causes of hemodialysis nursing defects and adopting targeted preventive measures can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk accidents and nurse-patient disputes,improve nursing satisfaction,and ensure the safety of hemodialysis patients.
