摘要
地铁运营过程中存在形变,采用三维激光扫描仪非接触式测量进行监测,针对广东某地铁隧道点云数据,采用最小二乘法对隧道横断面快速分层提取切片,通过标准差等精度指标对其进行精度评价,将拟合数据与设计值进行对比分析隧道收敛变形。工程实践显示,该方法能快速、精确获取隧道横截面信息,准确分析隧道变形情况,建立有效的变形预报模型,工作效率高可用于实践。
There is deformation in the subway operation process.The 3D laser scanner is used to monitor the non-contact measurement.Aiming at the point cloud data of a subway tunnel in Guangdong Province,the least square method is used to extract the slice of the cross section of the tunnel quickly and layer by layer,and the accuracy index such as standard deviation is used to evaluate its accuracy.The fitting data and the design value are compared to analyze the convergence deformation of the tunnel.The engineering practice shows that this method can quickly and accurately obtain the cross section information of the tunnel,accurately analyze the deformation of the tunnel,and establish an effective deformation prediction model.The working efficiency is high and can be used in practice.
