本文提出在不动产登记领域中,利用互联网+、大数据、人脸识别等技术,通过构建不动产房屋交易、税收缴纳、登记业务一站式申请、线下核验的业务模式,搭建不动产登记网上服务平台,实现不动产交易、缴税、登记线上统一申请、跨部门并联审核、网上反馈、现场核验、一次办结,实现不动产登记全业务、全流程、“最多跑一次”,真正实现了让“信息多跑路”,群众“少跑腿”,提升群众在不动产登记办事领域的体验。

This paper proposes to build a real estate registration online service platform in the field of real estate registration,which using the technology of Internet plus,big data and face recognition,and building a business mode of real estate transaction,tax payment,registration business unified application and offline verification,in order to realize the application of the real estate transaction,tax payment,registration online,by cross department parallel audit,online feedback,on-site verification and one-time completion,and to realize the whole business and the whole process can be finished by oncetime,to truly realize the"information more run",the people"less run",and improve the experiences in the field of real estate registration.
