摘要
研究了PVC离心母液制纯水技术,将离心母液经生化处理后,再经深度处理,得到的产水经离子交换设备制得纯水,该纯水可作为氯乙烯聚合用水,能降低聚合用水成本,节约水资源。
The technology of producing pure water from PVC centrifugal mother liquor was studied.After biochemical treatment,the centrifugal mother liquor was further treated and the produced water was converted into pure water by ion exchange equipment.The pure water could be used in vinyl chloride polymerization,thus water was saved and the cost of polymerization was reduced.
