摘要
在电石法聚氯乙烯生产中,废次氯酸钠回用到发生器后,经过溢流、压滤处理后涨水外排,造成环境污染。针对此难题,以30万Va PVC企业为例,介绍了通过增加闪蒸罐、凉水塔、文丘里和水环真空泵等设备,利用微温活化、负压脱吸技术,将废次氯酸钠中的乙炔气进行回收,废液再次用于次氯酸钠的配制,为企业带来显著的经济效益和环境效益。
In carbide propess PVC production,waste sodium hypochlorite is reused to the generator,overflowed,pressure filtrated and then is discharged,thus polluting the environment.In a 300,000 ta PVC enterprise,flash tank,cool tower,venturi,water ring vacuum pump and other equipment are added,and micro-temperature activation and negative pressure desorption technology is used.Thus the acetylene gas in waste sodium hypochlorite is recovered,and waste liquid is again used in the preparation of sodium hypochlorite.Significant economic and environmental benefits are brought to the enterprise.
