摘要
从新疆温室大棚中采集草莓萎蔫发病植株,采用组织分离法获得菌株,通过形态观察,疑似为大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb)。采用真菌通用引物(ITS1和ITS4)对分离物的DNA进行PCR扩增并测序,序列比对和系统发育树分析确认其为大丽轮枝菌。致病性测定表明该菌可侵染草莓,引起草莓萎蔫病典型症状。大丽轮枝菌是一种检疫性病原菌,应进一步加强该病的疫情监测与调查。
Wilted strawberry plants were collected from greenhouse of Xinjiang area. The isolates were obtained by tissue isolation and suspected to be Verticillium dahliae based on the observation of morphology. Isolates DNA were amplified using universal primers(ITS1 and ITS4) and sequenced. The sequence alignment and phylogenetic tree analysis confirmed that the isolates were V. dahlia. The pathogenicity test showed that the strain infected strawberry by forming typical symptoms of wilt. V. dahliae is a kind of quarantine pathogen,which should be further monitored and investigated.
