摘要
转基因安全管理和标识制度的实施需要标准化的检测方法和转基因检测标准物质,标准物质是获得准确、可靠、可比检测结果的保证。转基因大豆MON87751已被我国批准进口用作加工原料,因此转基因大豆MON87751的安全监管亟需制备标准物质。本研究优化了MON87751的数字PCR定值方法,并组织9家实验室对本课题前期研制的MON87751标准物质进行了联合定值。定值结果,MON87751标准物质的量值达到1.002 2,相对不确定度为0.011(copy/copy),满足实际的检测需求。
The implementation of GMO safety management and labeling system needs standardized testing methods and transgenic testing reference materials,which are the guarantee to obtain accurate,reliable and comparable testing results. Genetically modified soybean MON87751 is approved to be imported as processing raw materials,therefore,reference materials of genetically modified soybean MON87751 is needed for safety supervision. In this study,the digital PCR method of MON87751 was optimized,and nine laboratories were organized to jointly determine the value of MON87751 reference material developed in the early stage of this project. As a result,the quantity of MON87751 standard substance reached 1.002 2,and the relative uncertainty was 0.011(copy/copy),which met the actual detection needs.
