摘要
为提升实验室烟草转基因成分检测能力,深圳海关动植物检验检疫技术中心参加了2019年英国FAPAS(Food Analysis Performance Assessment Scheme)的烟草转基因成分定性和定量检测能力验证计划,所有检测项目均获得满意结果。本文介绍了该次检测能力验证样品检测过程,并对影响检测结果的主要检测环节如DNA提取、定性检测和定量检测的方法选择和质量控制及国内外转基因能力验证计划差异进行了研究和讨论,提出了加强实验室方法适用性分析和和质量控制的建议,对提高检测质量和检测水平具有重要作用。
In order to improve the laboratory’s ability to detect genetically modified ingredients in tobacco,Animal and Plant Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center of Shenzhen Customs District participated UK’s FAPAS(food analysis performance assessment scheme) qualitative and quantitative detection of genetically modified ingredients proficiency testing scheme in tobacco in 2019,and all the assays obtained satisfactory results. This paper introduces the testing process of the proficiency testing samples,and examines and discusses the method selection and quality control of the main testing aspects that affect the test results,such as DNA extraction,qualitative and quantitative testing and the differences between the domestic and international GM proficiency testing schemes,and put forward to strengthening the laboratory method applicability analysis and quality control,which plays an important role in improving the testing quality and testing level.
