摘要
SiC器件的高频、高温和高压特性为城轨车辆牵引系统的设计带来了系统应用优势,同时,也带来了一些应用挑战。文章根据SiC器件的特点,分析了城轨车辆牵引系统应用Si C器件后对牵引变流器、牵引电机及控制方式的影响,阐述了对SiC牵引变流器的设计和试验情况。地面试验结果表明,该城轨车辆SiC牵引系统的设计是合理的,能够满足实际应用需求。
The high frequency, high temperature and high voltage characteristics of SiC devices bring system application advantages to the design of urban rail traction system, but also bring some application challenges. According to the characteristics of SiC devices, the influence of application of SiC devices in urban rail traction system on traction converter, traction motor and control mode was analyzed, and the design and experiment of SiC traction converter were expounded. The ground test results showed that the design of SiC traction system for urban rail transit was reasonable, which could meet the practical application requirements.
